New Products : The Hygienic RFID Ear Tag for Animal Tracking
Operating in either 125KHz or 134KHz for animal tracking and livestock management
Guangzhou / Guangzhou, China -- DAILY RFID has recently unveiled a hygienic RFID ear tag suitable for animal tracking and livestock management. The ear tag is constructed from polyurethane, which material is used in healthcare and not easy for bacteria to grow. Therefore, these RFID ear tags can minimizes any chance of animal infection while deploying a RFID livestock tracking program.
This RFID tag is helpful for livestock management in processes such as disease management, feeding, breeding practices and immunity. Integrated it into RFID Systems, the tagged animal’s information such as regarding its feeding, location, vaccination, health history can be tracked in real-time.

DAQ & DAS : Cost-effective bmcm DAQ Systems With LabVIEW
Maisach/Munich/Germany -- BMC Messsysteme GmbH (bmcm) provides a VI collection for the acquisition and processing of measuring data with LabVIEW from National Instruments. They allow the use of the data acquisition systems and measuring cards of bmcm with LabVIEW 2009.
The LabVIEW VIs (Virtual Instruments) specifically created for BMC Messsysteme GmbH's DAQ systems are based on the programming interface LIBAD4 from bmcm.
As the connection between the VIs and the bmcm data acquisition hardware, it provides functions and data formats that can be called and processed by the VIs.

New Products : NEW ROBO Reactor for Engine Oil Testing
Romaszewski Oil Bench Oxidation (ROBO,) Apparatus & Components for ASTM D7528-09 by Ace Glass
Vineland, NJ, USA - In July 2009, ASTM launched a faster, less expensive method for engine oil testing that includes several glass components from Ace Glass for the bench reactor and method.
The reactor and test, nicknamed "ROBO (Romaszewski Oil Bench Oxidation)" for Ray Romaszewski, the Research Scientist at Evonik Industries who helped develop the method, is currently available from Ace Glass in individual component form.
It will also be available as a complete reactor later in 2010.
The new method, ASTM D7528 - 09 Standard Test Method for Bench Oxidation of Engine Oils by ROBO Apparatus, shortens the test run time by 65%, and the test cost by even more. ACE offers both the glass and stainless steel components.
